Introduction

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is the most fascinating tool for clearing out limiting beliefs and changing your energy within from negative to positive.

EFT is founded on the belief that all negative emotion is simply a disruption in the body's energy system. Clear out the disruption and the negative emotion associated with that thought dissolves, often completely. Thus, you are free from the pain, trauma and sabotage of inhibiting negative emotions. This paves the way then for emotions of love, peace and acceptance of what constitutes feeling really good, clear and insightful.

EFT is rooted in the use of meridian points in the body to clear out these disruptions, much like a needle in acupuncture.
